Shipping rates, costs and delivery days will be calculated on checkout and proper addition of delivery address or Pincode.
- Shipping methods and Delivery times
Equine Nutrients will offer shipping through our shipping partner Shiprocket. Delivery times and modes will be made available on the checkout page.
- Shipping Restrictions
Shipping only within India. We do not currently provide shipping out of India
- Missing or Lost Packages
Incase of missing or lost delivery, we will attempt to send the product again within 5-7 days.
- International Shipping
We do not currently provide shipping out of India
- Return and Exchange information
Incase of wrong product delivery, Equine nutrients will be responsible for return/reverse delivery and will send the correct product within 5-7 days of delivery.
In case of exchange, the customer will bear the return/reverse delivery and new product will be shipped once we have received the product in intact physical state.
